Website features and necessary processing
This is a product-information and project-enquiry website. Language is represented by the page address, such as the English section at /en/. A project enquiry is stored by the server when it is accepted, with a receipt and processing status; that server-side enquiry record is separate from a browser cookie or analytics record.
The form uses a submission identifier to avoid duplicate enquiries. Functional sessionStorage keeps the originating page, language, request type, product, a selected video or on-site factory-visit option when applicable, and first identifiable external source category, without the full referrer or search query. The visit option adds an editable brief to the contact form; it does not store your edits in browser storage. A separate buyer-tool draft keeps only the selected configuration and optional cost assumptions when you request their transfer; the section below explains its lifetime. Contact details and free-form enquiry edits are not saved to that draft. Server enquiry records and optional analytics are separate.
A separate sessionStorage entry keeps only the first recorded canonical content page identifier, language and clean path for this tab session. Later internal navigation does not overwrite it, and an accepted enquiry does not reset it. URL queries, fragments, full referrer addresses and contact details are excluded. If storage is unavailable, the site does not invent a first page. These fields accompany a submitted enquiry to distinguish the first content page from its final enquiry entry; they are not added to analytics events.
Optional analytics configuration
GA4 is optional and disabled by default. With no configured analytics ID, no Google measurement tag is loaded. If a real ID is configured, the choice dialog asks whether to allow analytics before loading it; page visits and enquiry actions are measured only after permission. Google Analytics may use cookies named _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are not enabled by this website configuration.
Project contact information is kept separate from analytics event data. Names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, launch plans, reference links, brief text, budget inputs, files and URL parameters containing personal information are excluded from analytics.
Available choices and browser controls
You can use your browser settings to review, restrict or clear cookies and other site storage. The exact controls and their effect depend on the browser. Clearing browser storage does not by itself delete an enquiry record that has already been stored on the server.
When analytics is configured, the dialog and the “Analytics choices” control near the footer let you allow or refuse it. You can reopen the control to withdraw permission; the website stops subsequent analytics events and clears its _ga cookies. The allow/refuse choice is kept in localStorage so it can apply on later visits. Functional project context is held separately in sessionStorage for this tab. Declining analytics does not prevent an enquiry.
GA4 is not enabled by default, so no optional GA4 measurement is required to use the enquiry form. Use the privacy contact route for a request about a recorded enquiry or a question about the available website choices.

Buyer tools and configuration transfer
The calculator runs in your browser. When you choose to request a configuration or sample kit, its selected product, packaging, quantity, destination and optional cost assumptions are kept in sessionStorage in this tab and added to the enquiry form. They are sent to the server only when you submit that form. The draft is removed after an accepted enquiry or another ordinary contact CTA, and otherwise lasts for the tab session; drafts older than 24 hours are not imported. Contact details and free-form enquiry edits are not saved to this tool draft. Configuration text and budget inputs are not included in analytics.
