We develop and manufacture perfume, fragrance and scented personal care products at our Guangzhou factory. Our company, Guangzhou Laiyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Our 10,000 m² cosmetics manufacturing base brings together more than 50 automated production lines and a production team of nearly 500. These resources serve our wider cosmetics operation, including wash, care and fragrance-related products. We plan your perfume run against its approved formula, fill size, components and assembly requirements.
Our two independent R&D centres and three joint research centres support formulation and evaluation, with more than 30 cosmetics R&D specialists. Choose a starting direction from 2,000+ fragrance resources, ask us to match a reference, or create around a bespoke brand brief. Our 10,000+ multi-category cosmetics formulas also support the bases and textures needed for scented care development.
We select raw materials for the intended formula and application, considering scent, stability, performance and cost. Incoming material checks and lot references connect purchasing with production and batch records. If your brief specifies a material origin, supplier grade or ingredient restriction, share it during development so samples and purchasing follow the same requirement.
For customer-led specifications, OEM/ODM cooperation sets out which formula, components and artwork you provide and which we develop or coordinate. We make the manufacturing, packaging and handover scope explicit in the quotation.
The project process
We begin with the product, target market, scent route, quantity and packaging. During sampling, our team develops or selects the direction, records your feedback and identifies the version to carry into production. We agree the formula or sample reference, net fill, bottle and dispenser, decoration, artwork and order quantities before scheduling the run.

Use the step-by-step process to prepare your project. Sample revisions, component sourcing, artwork approval and any additional testing affect the schedule. We confirm timing against that work and review specification changes before production proceeds.
Quality is tied to an approved reference
We connect the approved sample and written specification with raw-material, packaging, in-process and finished-product checks. For perfume, the reference brings together scent character, carrier, appearance, fill quantity, spray or applicator performance, closure and pack fit.
Our quality team checks incoming materials and packaging, confirms the first pieces before the batch continues, and carries out checks through production and final packing. Batch identifiers connect the finished goods to their production records. We retain batch samples for three and a half years to support quality enquiries and repeat-order review.
For bulk liquid, we also agree the receiving container and filling requirements. For finished perfume, we evaluate the liquid, bottle and dispensing system together. Quality control explains the checkpoints and the product-specific inspection and testing scope.
Product and destination documents
We provide company and manufacturing information for your purchasing review and prepare the product document list against the actual formula, application and destination. Our company documents identify Guangzhou Laiyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; the ISO 22716 manufacturing document identifies its certified production units and site.
Product files serve different purposes: an ingredient list supports label and safety review, an SDS supports handling and transport review, and a batch COA records results against agreed specifications. Send your importer, assessor or carrier requirements early so we can identify the files, responsible parties and any additional work. Prepare for handover and delivery
We reconcile the approved product version, order quantities, finished packs or bulk containers, labels and agreed files before handover. We also confirm collection or carriage, the destination and the receiving/import responsibilities so you can compare delivery quotations on the same basis.
