Plan your branded perfume range by choosing the scent, format and packaging first. Check the private label perfume minimum order quantity, then request a fragrance and packaging sample kit before agreeing the production specification.
What private label means for your brand
We develop and manufacture private label perfume at our Guangzhou factory, Guangzhou Laiyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Through Fravanta, we bring fragrance development, perfume liquid, filling and branded packaging together for overseas brands, importers and wholesalers. Start with your brand and customer; our team helps define the scent, product and finished handover.
You can begin with an existing fragrance direction, a reference for matching, or a new development brief. Choosing an existing formula can reduce the amount of scent exploration needed, while bespoke work gives the project a different development scope. Private label describes the branded supply relationship; formula ownership and exclusivity still need their own agreement. Compare the cooperation models.
Choose the scent, format and packaging direction
Make these decisions together: the scent family and emotional direction; alcohol-based, alcohol-free or oil-based format; concentration and performance target; bottle size and dispensing method; decoration, label and outer box. A bold fragrance for an evening collection and a close-wearing everyday oil perfume may require different samples and packs even when they share a brand identity.
Use the fragrance library for a selection-led starting point. If you have a reference or a distinct brand concept, describe it before choosing the development route. Packaging and filling remain part of the project discussion, rather than assuming that private label only covers bulk liquid.
Agree who supplies and approves each part
| Work item | Your input | What we prepare and confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Scent and formula | Audience, preferences, reference or brief | A fragrance shortlist or development direction, sample version and approval reference |
| Product format | Carrier, use, fill size and target market | A product specification to review through samples |
| Packaging | Design direction, artwork or existing components | Agreed bottle, dispenser, decoration, label and box responsibilities |
| Filling and assembly | Bulk or finished-product requirement | The manufacturing, filling, assembly and packing work, quantities and approval points |
| Documents and delivery | Destination, importer requirements and receiving plan | Required information, responsible parties and quotation boundaries |
We coordinate component selection and packaging design with the liquid and filling plan. If you supply packaging, send its drawings or specifications so our team can review fit, sealing, dispensing and the work needed for assembly. We confirm component availability and minimums in your project offer. Plan the packaging scope.
Samples before a production commitment
Start with a sample request that identifies the scent route and intended product. Evaluate the sample under consistent conditions, send specific feedback, then identify the version you approve. The scent sample, final pack and production quantity are separate approvals; liking a fragrance does not by itself approve the finished bottle.
The usual perfume minimum is 30 kg of liquid per scent, with packaging minimums assessed separately. Sample charges, revisions, delivery arrangements and production timing depend on the agreed work. Review samples and minimum order planning before committing to several scents or pack sizes.
Prepare a useful quote request
Include the target market and customer, perfume format, scent route, quantity per scent, fill size, packaging direction and whether you need bulk liquid or finished branded products. Add artwork status, budget direction and your intended delivery destination when available.
A comparable quotation separates development, liquid, packaging, decoration, filling and delivery, with currency, taxes, included work and validity stated. Request a private label quote and tell us which decisions are already fixed and which need development.
Turnkey perfume manufacturing for a brand launch
For a turnkey launch, we work with you on the approved fragrance, bottle and dispenser, decoration, artwork, filling, assembly and shipping preparation. Your offer identifies our manufacturing work, any specialist component or testing services, and the approvals we need from your brand. Our product-development and packaging support lets you coordinate the scent and finished presentation in the same project. Influencers and ecommerce sellers can use the project planner and sample-kit request to align the hero scent and pack before committing to quantities.
