A single form for quote, sample and development
Choose the request that matches your next decision: a quotation for an outlined scope, samples to evaluate directions, or development to shape a fragrance project. Only your name, email, target market and product direction are required; choose “Not decided yet” if you need help selecting the product. You can also add your company, phone or WhatsApp with country code, quantity, packaging, desired launch window, reference link and notes. A reference description in the brief works too.
If you arrive from a product or service page, check the selected direction and tell us anything that needs changing. You do not need to know the final formula or packaging to make an initial enquiry. The fragrance brief guide helps explain an idea in terms that can guide sampling.
For a video factory tour or an on-site visit, use the visit options in the optional details. They add an editable brief for your purpose, the processes you want to see, time zone, preferred dates and participant count. We discuss and agree visit arrangements with you; sending the form does not reserve a time slot.
Explain the quantity in the right unit
For perfume, the usual starting point is 30 kg of liquid per scent. Select the appropriate quantity direction: below 30 kg, 30 to below 100 kg, 100 to below 300 kg, 300 kg or more, or not sure. These choices describe the enquiry; they do not replace a project-specific order agreement.
If you plan several scents, give the quantity for each. If your estimate is a bottle count, include the fill size so the liquid requirement can be assessed using the actual density and production allowances. For hair fragrance, body mist, home fragrance, solids or personal care, describe the desired product quantity in the appropriate units; the perfume kilogram bands are not universal minimums. For a physical reference sample, agree the recipient and handling arrangements with us before shipping. Use a product or packaging link, or describe your reference in the form; no file upload is needed. Sampling information explains what to prepare.
What happens after submission
A successful submission displays your receipt and a summary of the selected product and request type. We review the product and target market, assess feasibility and the development route, and clarify liquid and packaging minimums. For samples, we discuss the selection, evaluation steps, charges and shipping. For a quotation, we identify the specifications and quantities needed to price the agreed work. Quotes, samples, visits and production dates are confirmed with you separately.
Keep your receipt when following up with us. If the form reports an error, your entries remain available: check the highlighted information and retry, or contact us by email or WhatsApp with your project requirements.
Privacy and project information
Your contact and project details are used to receive, review and follow up the enquiry, including sample or quotation discussions. Provide only information needed for the project; confidential formulas or sensitive personal information are not required for the initial form.
