PRIVACY NOTICE

How project enquiry information is handled.

This notice explains the information used to receive and follow up a Fravanta project enquiry, the contact route for requests, and how optional analytics differs from enquiry processing.

Information included in an enquiry

When you submit a project enquiry, the form collects your name, email, target market and product direction. You may also provide a company name, phone or WhatsApp with country code, quantity, packaging requirements, desired launch window, reference URL and other project notes. A factory-visit brief can include your purpose, time zone, preferred timing and participant count. These optional details are used for the same project discussion. The request is associated with its language, originating page, request type and receipt reference so it can be understood and followed up correctly. A submitted reference URL is stored as project text; the enquiry service does not automatically fetch it.

Provide business information relevant to the project. The initial form does not require identity documents, payment details, a confidential formula or sensitive personal information. If more detailed technical material is needed later, agree an appropriate way to exchange it through the project discussion.

When available, an enquiry also includes the first recorded content page in this browser tab: its page identifier, language and clean path. This is separate from the page where the enquiry was started. It helps review which information led to the project discussion; it is not your exact search keyword. Query parameters, fragments and the full referrer address are not retained in these fields. The fields are unknown when the first page cannot be established, and are sent to the server only with a submitted enquiry, not as additional analytics event data.

The record also includes a coarse technical source category, when available, and your optional answer about how you found Fravanta. These are separate fields; an unavailable referrer is recorded as unknown, not as a confirmed search or AI visit.

Why the information is used

The information is used to receive and review the enquiry, understand the requested product, clarify specifications and discuss quotation, sampling or development work. A receipt helps distinguish an accepted request from an unsuccessful attempt and avoid treating repeated submissions as separate projects.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for project communication. It is not a subscription to an unrelated marketing programme, an accepted order or a consent to publish your project details. The information should be used in the context of the enquiry and related project follow-up.

Storage, access and service arrangements

Accepted enquiries are kept in the website’s persistent enquiry records for project review and follow-up. The stored record includes the submitted contact and project fields, the receipt reference and processing status. Enquiry records are kept outside the public website content and are not displayed in a public customer directory.

The receipt page shows only the receipt, selected product category and request type. It does not display your name, email, phone, target market, reference link, launch plan, brief or budget. Anyone with the receipt link can see those limited category labels, so keep the link for your own project records.

Project information may be used for enquiry notifications and correspondence through the communication services configured for the website. A stored enquiry receipt and an email notification are separate records; keep the receipt displayed after submission if you need to refer to the request later.

Retention is considered in relation to the enquiry, any resulting project and the information needed for related records. This notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date. You can use the contact route below to ask about a particular enquiry or request its correction or removal.

Requests and contact

Fravanta is operated by Guangzhou Laiyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (广州莱约生物科技有限公司), Building E, Weiguan Cosmetics Creative Industrial Park, No. 18 Huahui Road, Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. For a question about enquiry information, use the contact page or hello@fravanta.com. Include the receipt reference or enough context to identify the enquiry, and state whether you want the information reviewed, corrected or removed.

Do not include unnecessary personal information in the request. Explain the request and relevant project context so it can be reviewed; any identity checks depend on the information and request involved.

Analytics and updates

GA4 is optional and disabled by default. If a real analytics service ID is configured, Google measurement loads only after you allow it. The cookie and analytics notice describes browser storage and the choices for allowing or withdrawing analytics. Names, emails, phone or WhatsApp numbers, launch plans, reference links, project briefs, budget inputs, files, receipt references and personal URL parameters are excluded from analytics events.

Enquiry processing and optional analytics serve different purposes. An enquiry receipt does not depend on agreeing to optional measurement. This notice was updated on 29 October 2026 and will be revised when the relevant information handling arrangements change.

Buyer tools and configuration transfer

The calculator runs in your browser. When you choose to request a configuration or sample kit, its selected product, packaging, quantity, destination and optional cost assumptions are kept in sessionStorage in this tab and added to the enquiry form. They are sent to the server only when you submit that form. The draft is removed after an accepted enquiry or another ordinary contact CTA, and otherwise lasts for the tab session; drafts older than 24 hours are not imported. Contact details and free-form enquiry edits are not saved to this tool draft. Configuration text and budget inputs are not included in analytics.
