DELIVERY PREPARATION

Prepare the product, documents and handover together.

Plan international delivery around the actual product, carrier, quantity, packaging and destination. Agree the responsibilities of the manufacturer, buyer and carrier before confirming a delivery quotation.

Identify the product being shipped

We prepare the shipment discussion around the actual goods leaving our Guangzhou factory: bulk perfume liquid or finished packs, carrier or base, formula version, quantity and container. We identify whether the product is alcohol-based or uses another carrier, then coordinate the required product and packing information for transport review.

Describe the bulk container or finished bottle, closure, net and packed quantities, and intended outer packing. Confirm classification and route with the carrier or appropriate qualified party using the actual product and transport information.

Provide destination and import requirements

Include the destination country, receiving city or address details for quotation, importer or receiving entity, intended delivery point and any buyer or adviser requirements. Share destination and importer details so market-specific document and label needs can be reviewed for the actual project.

Send the importer’s product, label and document requirements early enough for review. The actual requirements and professional checks must match the product and destination at the time of the project. Documentation planning helps identify the information and responsible issuer; this delivery page focuses on how the goods are prepared and handed over.

Agree manufacturer, buyer and carrier responsibilities

Party Responsibilities to agree
Manufacturer / project coordinator Product identification, agreed quantity and packing, available product information, handover readiness and included work
Buyer / importer Destination and receiver information, import arrangements, market requirements, nominated reviewer or broker, and receiving plan
Carrier / forwarder Acceptance requirements, transport review, route, packing instructions and the included carriage scope
All relevant parties Document review, unresolved items, agreed trade or handover terms, quotation scope and change communication

Record the agreed division rather than assuming that the manufacturer handles every export, import, tax and delivery step. A DDP term or other trade arrangement applies only if explicitly agreed for the actual transaction.

Understand the delivery quotation scope

A delivery quotation needs origin and destination, product and carrier information, packed quantity or dimensions when available, requested route or method and the responsibility split. Ask what it includes: collection, required packing, handling, document work, carriage, customs-related services, taxes or delivery to the final point.

Compare quotations with the same assumptions, exclusions, currency and validity. Product type, quantity, packaging, route and destination can all affect the result; this website does not publish a universal freight rate or fixed transit time. If the plan changes from bulk liquid to finished bottles, review the packing and quotation inputs again.

Complete the pre-dispatch preparation list

  • Confirm the approved product or formula version, carrier and intended goods description.
  • Reconcile quantities, net fill or mass, container and outer-pack specifications.
  • Confirm the required labels and the final artwork or identification references.
  • Review the actual documents, their versions and any specifically identified gaps.
  • Confirm destination, importer, carrier, agreed terms and each party’s responsibilities.
  • Confirm the receiver’s contact and readiness, and how handover information will be communicated.

Use the packaging checklist for pack detail and minimum order planning for quantity assumptions. Discuss delivery preparation with the product, quantity and destination before relying on a delivery scope in your project budget.

Our product and batch identification connects the shipment with the approved specification and agreed files. We have organised SDS and transport-identification records for named cosmetics such as facial scrub and spray/foaming-powder products. For your perfume, the document list and classification review use its own mixture, container and route, so the carrier receives information for the goods being shipped.

Shipping perfume from China to the USA, UK or UAE

Give the forwarder the actual formula information, SDS, flash-point information where applicable, inner-container size, carton count, gross weight, dimensions, receiver and postcode. Request acceptance for the exact air or sea service before dispatch. Alcohol-containing perfume commonly raises flammable-liquid / Class 3 questions; classification depends on the actual mixture and shipment. An alcohol-free or solid label is not automatic non-dangerous-goods clearance. FAA shipping guidance explains shipper classification, packing and carrier checks.

Compare air and sea offers on accepted goods, dangerous-goods handling, outer packing, collection, export/import work, taxes, final delivery, exclusions and validity. For DDP, name who performs import clearance and pays duties and taxes; use it only when explicitly quoted and agreed for the destination. No universal DDP route, freight price or delivery time is promised. Heavy glass, magnetic caps and gift boxes change packed weight and volume, so quote the actual pack. Prepare product documents alongside the freight request.
