Finished perfume liquid, not fragrance concentrate
We prepare finished perfume liquid at our Guangzhou factory for brands and filling teams that need a bulk handover. We agree the scent, carrier and application, then supply the liquid to the selected specification and receiving-container plan. Your team can also ask us to include filling and finished branded packaging in the project.
Discuss alcohol-based, alcohol-free or oil-based finished perfume according to the product. Oil-based perfume is a finished application, not another name for pure fragrance oil. If your request is for raw fragrance concentrate, state that explicitly so the business scope can be checked rather than treating it as an established supply offer.
Agree the liquid specification
Identify the scent or approved sample, carrier, concentration direction, intended application, target market and performance priorities. For perfume projects, 20%, 25% and 30% concentration directions can be discussed; the suitable formula and sample need confirmation. A percentage alone does not fix how the perfume develops, projects or wears.
State whether the liquid is expected to go directly into your filling process and describe any further operations planned. Specify the required bulk container and receiving conditions with the filling partner. Concentration guidance helps separate formulation choices from fixed longevity claims.
How the 30 kg minimum relates to filling
The usual perfume minimum is 30 kg net liquid per scent. Two scents are evaluated as two formula quantities, rather than combining them into one 30 kg minimum. Bulk net mass excludes the weight of the transport container.
For a planning example only, 30,000 g divided by a 50 g liquid fill gives 600 theoretical fills before loss or allowance. A 50 ml bottle is not automatically a 50 g fill: the actual liquid density is needed to convert volume to mass. Filling losses, retained samples and agreed overfill or allowances also affect output. See the full minimum and bottle-count explanation.
Prepare the filling and delivery handover
| Item | Information to settle |
|---|---|
| Filling responsibility | Who receives, stores, fills and checks the liquid; whether finished-product service is needed instead |
| Bulk container | Material, net quantity, closure and the filling partner’s receiving requirements |
| Product reference | Formula or sample version, carrier and agreed specification |
| Documents | Product information needed by the receiver, destination and carrier; the actual availability and issuer |
| Delivery | Collection or destination details, nominated carrier if any, packaging and agreed handover point |
Your receiving partner should review the product and pack information before confirming its filling arrangements. International delivery needs its own scope; shipping preparation sets out the inputs without assuming a transport classification or trade term.
We identify the formula or sample version and batch on the handover records, and retain batch samples for three and a half years. If your receiving filler changes its container, line or specification, send the change before dispatch so we can review the relevant receiving and product requirements with you.
Request a comparable bulk quote
Send the required kilograms for each scent, perfume format, concentration direction, reference or scent brief, preferred bulk container, receiving location and intended filling process. If you also need bottle sourcing, decoration or filling, include those items so they can be evaluated as part of a finished-product project.
A liquid-only quotation should be compared with another liquid-only scope. Packaging, filling, documents and delivery can change the final project cost. Request a bulk perfume quote or use the cost guide to prepare a like-for-like comparison.
