PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Oil-based perfume manufacturing for your brand.

We manufacture oil-based finished perfume, with carrier feel, scent development, roll-on or other dispensing choices, filling and branded packaging agreed together.

A finished perfume, not raw fragrance concentrate

We manufacture finished oil-based perfume around an agreed oil carrier and fragrance. Choose a roll-on or another controlled application format, then work with our team on the liquid, filling and branded packaging needed for your order.

“Perfume oil” can also be used by buyers to mean a raw fragrance concentrate for making other products. That is a different requirement from an oil-based finished perfume. Tell us explicitly if you need concentrate for further formulation so the requested supply scope can be checked. For ready-to-fill finished liquid, also see bulk perfume supply.

Agree carrier feel and scent direction

Describe the intended application, target user, market and desired feel of the oil carrier. Your reference may be a finished oil perfume, a scent sample or an original brand brief. Identify what matters in that reference: the soft floral character, the woody finish, the opening intensity or the feel after application.

Brief area Question to answer
Carrier experience How light, rich or noticeable should the base feel?
Scent behaviour What character and level of presence suit the intended use?
Reference Which features should stay, and which should change?
Formula Is there a concentration direction or ingredient requirement to discuss?

The perfume concentration directions discussed with Fravanta are project inputs, not guaranteed specifications for every oil base. Evaluate the scent in the actual carrier; performance from an alcohol-based sample cannot simply be transferred.

Confirm container and dispensing compatibility

Choose the pack around controlled application and sealing. Specify the material, nominal fill, opening, closure and intended method of use. A roll-on or another applicator can be proposed as a customer preference, with availability, interface and compatibility confirmed for the project rather than assumed from a photograph.

Include the label and decoration area, outer packaging if needed, and who supplies each part. Ask for an agreed check of dispensing, closure fit and the interaction between the selected liquid and container. The packaging page explains how these responsibilities can be divided.

For a roll-on, we review the liquid with the roller, insert and closure: the pickup should give a controlled dose, the ball should move as intended, and the assembled pack needs suitable sealing. For a dropper or dabber, compare dispensing, residue around the opening and cap fit with the actual base. Record clarity, colour and feel as well as scent when reviewing an oil sample.

Approve the sample and order scope

Use a sample record that names the formula, oil carrier, revision and evaluation conditions. Record both the scent and the application experience. Keep packaging feedback separate: a preferred fragrance can still require a different opening or closure before the pack is approved.

The usual perfume minimum is 30 kg of liquid per scent; confirm the oil-based formula and exact order scope for your project. Component and decoration minimums are separate. Mass does not give a fixed finished-unit count without fill, density and loss assumptions. Approval should link the accepted sample to the agreed container and order specification.

Prepare an oil-perfume enquiry

Discuss a sample or quotation with your intended use, market, reference scent, desired carrier feel, fill size and approximate quantity. If the scent is still an idea, the fragrance brief template helps describe it without technical perfume vocabulary.

Plan a roll-on perfume oil

A roll-on project needs the ball and housing material, neck fit, seal, cap, fill and application feel reviewed with the oil-based formula. Record leakage and handling checks against the final component combination. A finished perfume oil is not automatically a pure fragrance concentrate, and alcohol-free does not settle transport classification. Plan the quantity and include the applicator in the sample request.

Density and production assumptions

0.85 g/ml and 3% loss are editable examples, not measured specifications. Use the density of the approved formula. Solid fills use grams directly.

Add your own cost assumptions (optional)

All prices are your inputs in one currency. Blank items are excluded, not zero-priced. No Fravanta price or freight rate is prefilled.
