Use the sample selector to prepare a fragrance, packaging or combined request for your brand. If you first need to understand development routes and revisions, read how perfume sampling works; review packaging options when defining the physical references.
Choose the decision, then the sample selection
We build your sample discussion around the next decision: a first scent shortlist, an influencer’s hero fragrance and pack, a reference comparison or an oud, rose or amber direction for a niche range. Explore scent directions, then request fragrance samples, packaging references or both using the builder below.
Define what goes in the kit
| Requested item | Decision it supports | Details to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Fragrance directions | Select the preferred character | Number of directions, carrier, sample format, identification and version |
| Bottle and dispensing references | Assess handling and application | Capacity, neck, pump or roll-on, cap, material and sample availability |
| Decoration and box references | Compare brand presentation | Label, screen print, colour, surface finish and outer-box reference |
Three or five fragrance directions in the selector are request options, not guaranteed kit contents. Physical pack samples, colour references and new custom tooling can involve separate work. The sample specification should say which components are physical, illustrative or still to be sourced.
Our sample offer identifies each actual sample and version, its product or carrier, the scent direction and the packaging reference where relevant. When it arrives, use those references in your feedback rather than relying only on a marketing scent name. If you are unsure which base or bottle to choose, say what the customer should experience and let our team propose a focused comparison.
Confirm charges and shipping before proceeding
We prepare an itemised sample proposal covering selection or development, components, revisions, packing, carriage and any destination charges. You review the proposed contents, work and costs before sample preparation begins. Sample fees and shipping are quoted for your request. Sending the form starts a discussion; it does not place or pay for an order. Review the sampling process and shipping preparation.
- Send your preferred product, scent route and packaging direction using the selector.
- Review the proposed sample identities, formats and quantities, revision scope, itemised charges, preparation stages and sending arrangements with us.
- Confirm the proposal before the agreed work proceeds, then use the sample references to organise feedback. The sample proposal checklist helps you review the details.
Existing-direction selection, new lab formulation and physical packaging prototypes have different preparation steps. We separate sample preparation, revision work, any additional testing and transit in the sample plan, with the contents, charges and sending responsibilities agreed before dispatch. Your project information remains confidential throughout the discussion.
Turn your evaluation into an approved reference
Label each sample and record opening, development, dry-down, application and the changes you want. Evaluate the final carrier and packaging separately; an approved scent does not approve the dispenser or retail artwork. Use the sample evaluation record, then plan the production quantity. The usual perfume starting point remains 30 kg of liquid per scent; sampling is a separate scope.
