Specify the facial cream project
We develop and manufacture scented face cream at our Guangzhou factory, combining facial-care formulation with a defined fragrance and packaging brief. Tell us the intended routine, customer, market and texture so the formula and scent level are developed for facial use. A hand-cream or body-care texture can be a useful reference, while the facial application receives its own formula and specification.
Fravanta supports discussion of custom scented face cream within private label or OEM/ODM cooperation. Share a base reference or existing specification, desired ingredients or exclusions, and the consumer-facing claims you plan to consider. Keep the facial product’s task clear before choosing fragrance strength or packaging.
Define the scent within the base
Describe the desired fragrance direction and level of presence, together with the base odour and application experience. The objective might be a subtle floral character or another restrained sensory direction, expressed in relation to a reference. Ordinary descriptions are useful; you do not need a complete professional note pyramid.
An existing perfume or hand-cream scent can guide the brand identity, but compatibility and the final impression need their own review in the facial-cream base. Evaluate the sample’s fragrance and texture separately so that the next revision can address the right variable.
We evaluate scent presence with the cream’s own odour, spreading and finish. A subtle direction still needs an intentional sample comparison, especially when the base includes an ingredient with a noticeable odour. Record fragrance and skin-feel feedback separately, then agree the formula, testing and claims appropriate to your facial-care product.
Agree claims and product information
| Project item | Input to prepare |
|---|---|
| Intended use | Facial-care application and target audience |
| Formula direction | Texture, ingredient preferences and any exclusions |
| Claims | Exact intended statements, with evidence needs identified |
| Quality and documents | Requested checking scope and destination-market information |
We review the exact claims, ingredients and requested assessments for your project, then identify the product-specific supporting work and records. Product-specific information should identify the relevant formula and version; the documentation guide explains the request process without assuming a general certification covers the product.
Approve the cream and packaging specification
Specify the target net fill, container material and proposed jar, tube, pump or other format. Include the opening, closure and seal, decoration, label languages and artwork version. The actual pack and its compatibility with the formula are confirmed during the project, including the buyer’s and manufacturer’s sourcing and approval responsibilities.
The approval record should link the cream sample and revision, fragrance direction, fill, physical pack and artwork. Note the accepted features and any outstanding checks rather than treating a general “approved” email as the entire specification. Formula and component minimums are agreed for the face-cream project; perfume concentrations and liquid minimums do not set its order rules. Confirm quantity, documentation, delivery scope and timing in the quotation.
Prepare a face-cream development request
Discuss your facial-cream project with the intended use, market, texture reference, scent direction, ingredient and claim goals, preferred pack and estimated quantity. If several decisions remain open, the fragrance brief provides a structure for the scent side while your product brief defines the cream itself.
