We develop and manufacture scented personal care at our Guangzhou factory, combining fragrance work with our 10,000+ multi-category cosmetics formula resources. Choose the care task first, then shape the base, texture, scent and packaging together. Our range includes the following seven distinct applications.

These are separate development briefs. Shampoo and conditioner perform different jobs, and facial care should not be specified as if it were simply another body fragrance format.
Design the fragrance and base together
Explain the scent family, intensity and emotional direction alongside the base preferences. A scent meant to support a fresh cleansing experience may need a different balance from a warm leave-on body oil. Tell us which qualities are essential to the brand and which can be adjusted to suit the base.
For texture, use concrete comparisons and observations: a lighter or richer feel, a fluid or thicker texture, a quick or more gradual application experience. Include any ingredient preferences or exclusions for review. They become product requirements to discuss rather than automatic claims that every base is available in every variation.
Our two independent R&D centres and three joint research centres support the formulation work across these bases. Our cosmetics patent portfolio includes repair and moisturising compositions, along with equipment developments for mixing, filling, laboratory measurement and purified-water processing. These are specific areas of care formulation and manufacturing work that support a broader scented-care brief.
Evaluate each application separately
Approve a sample for each product in the intended base. Record appearance, scent in the pack and during application, texture, use experience and dispensing. Where the project calls for further checks or testing, agree the method, responsible party and supporting records separately.
A shared scent name or library starting point does not establish compatibility across oil, cleanser, serum and cream. A coordinated range needs a common scent objective plus individual product references. Sampling arrangements and the evaluation guide help organise those decisions.
For a coordinated launch, nominate a lead scent reference, then approve a sample for every base. Compare the fragrance in the pack, during washing or spreading, and after rinsing or absorption. Keep changes to the scent separate from changes to foam, slip, richness or finish so our team can adjust the correct part of each formula.
Agree product claims and market requirements
Give the intended destination market, proposed label language, ingredient statements and product claims early. Claims about treatment, skin or hair benefits, suitability, testing or certification need the appropriate product-specific basis. A fragrance concept alone does not establish a care benefit or completed efficacy test.

Prepare a range development brief
List the brand, customer, market, each product category, base or texture direction, scent objective, packaging and quantity per item. Mark which product should lead the scent direction and which should be adapted around it. We quote the formula and packaging minimums separately for each product, reflecting its base, components and order quantities.
