SCENTED PERSONAL CARE

Private label scented shampoo manufacturing.

We manufacture fragranced shampoo, combining the cleansing base, lather and rinse experience, scent direction and suitable bottle or pump for your brand.

Specify the shampoo base and intended use

We develop and manufacture fragranced shampoo at our Guangzhou factory. Start with the audience, cleansing routine, target market and desired texture; our team works on the fragrance and shampoo base together, from dispensing and washing through rinsing.

Fravanta supports scented shampoo within private label and OEM/ODM development. Share a base reference or your desired product experience, any ingredient requirements and the claims you want to discuss. A fragrance-led product description does not establish treatment effects or completed efficacy testing.

Develop the fragrance in the shampoo base

Fragrance is experienced at different points in a shampoo routine: in the pack, during washing and after rinsing. State which part matters most to the brand. If you want the shampoo to share a scent identity with a conditioner or hair fragrance, identify the recognisable features across the range.

The base can affect how the fragrance is perceived, so a perfume sample is a direction rather than a final shampoo approval. Existing scent selection, reference-based work or a bespoke fragrance brief can guide development; each intended application still needs evaluation in its own formula.

Agree the format and packaging

Specification area Buyer input to prepare
Product format Intended shampoo use, texture and flow direction
Filling Target net fill and unit; finished quantities by variant
Container Material, dimensions and opening or dispensing proposal
Dispensing Desired amount and closure, reviewed against viscosity
Brand finish Label language, decoration, artwork and any outer box

An outlet chosen for a thin liquid is not automatically appropriate for a different shampoo texture. Confirm component compatibility and the filling or finished-product scope through the packaging discussion, including who will supply and approve each part.

Review a shampoo application sample

Use the agreed product instructions and record the sample version, evaluation setting and reference. Separate the feedback into fragrance, cleansing-use experience, texture, dispensing and pack. For example, “retain the scent during washing but soften the sweet character after rinsing” gives a clearer development direction than “make it fresher.”

Link the accepted shampoo formula and pack to an approved specification. Agree the relevant checks, requested claims and market information as part of the project; do not infer them from a scent sample. Shampoo and component minimums, sample arrangements and delivery timing are confirmed for the actual formula and packaging, rather than copied from perfume orders.

Keep observations for product flow, lather, rinse feel, hair feel and scent at each stage. Review the fragranced base’s appearance and viscosity with its intended cap or pump, especially when a sample changes. For a coordinated shampoo and conditioner line, compare the scent character on each base and record differences in weight or rinse experience separately.

Discuss scented shampoo manufacturing

Send your shampoo brief with the market, use experience, scent direction, range partners, proposed fill and quantity. If you have both shampoo and conditioner in mind, list the quantity and product requirements for each so the quotation can address the complete range.
