01 / Products

Bring the scent and the finished product together.

Plan a perfume range or extend a fragrance direction into other formats. The scent, base, application and packaging each contribute to what your customer experiences.

Scent

Set the character, audience and use occasion, then compare samples against that direction.

Product and application

Choose the carrier, texture and way of using it. Each product base needs its own formulation and evaluation.

Bottle and dispensing

Align capacity, bottle, pump or applicator with the product and the experience you want.

Decoration and retail pack

Coordinate artwork, finishes, labels and boxes with your brand and the manufacturing plan.

More on building your product range

Build the right product range

Your product direction What to explore First decision
Perfume Alcohol-based, alcohol-free and oil-based finished perfume Carrier, application and the bottle experience
Fragrance formats Hair fragrance, body mist, home fragrance and solid perfume Where and how the fragrance will be used
Scented personal care Body oil, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand cream, serum and face cream The care base, texture and scent working together

Build a focused perfume collection or extend a signature direction across different products. Each base needs its own formulation and sample evaluation; a scent that works in perfume is a starting point for a body wash, not an automatic finished formula. See all 14 product categories.

More about our manufacturing role

A manufacturing partner for your fragrance brand

A scent can become the signature of a brand. We develop and manufacture at our Guangzhou factory through private label, OEM/ODM and fragrance development. Our 10,000 m² cosmetics factory connects laboratory development, production and quality control. We work with overseas perfume, fragrance, beauty and ecommerce brands, as well as importers and wholesalers who need a clear route from product idea to agreed production scope.

Start with the product you want to sell and the experience you want customers to remember. We can discuss a finished branded range or bulk ready-to-fill perfume liquid, with the formula, packaging, filling and delivery responsibilities defined for your project. Explore private label or compare OEM/ODM cooperation.

Start with what you have. Define what we will do together.

Your existing materials determine the work, whether this is your first range or your next launch. Development and manufacturing routes can be combined within the same project.

Choose the fragrance work your project needs.

Scent selection, reference matching and bespoke development are three possible starting points within the wider product project. Sampling, revisions and formula rights are agreed for the route you choose.

Select a fragrance

You bring an audience, scent family or reference mood.

We shortlist from 2,000+ fragrance formula resources and discuss samples and application suitability.

Explore fragrance directions

Match a reference

You bring a sample and the features you want to keep or change.

A reference-based development direction, evaluated through samples; no automatic promise of an identical result.

Discuss reference matching

Create something bespoke

You bring a brand concept, emotional direction and product brief.

A development project with agreed sampling, revisions, cost and formula rights.

Build a perfume range for your brand with our private label, OEM/ODM and custom development services. Explore private label perfume manufacturing for branded product scope, OEM/ODM manufacturing for production responsibilities, or custom fragrance development for a new scent brief. Our factory is in Guangzhou, China.

Three ways to develop your fragrance

Route What you bring What the project develops
Existing scent selection Audience, product and preferred scent direction A shortlist from 2,000+ formula resources, followed by application-specific sampling
Reference-based matching A lawfully obtained reference and the qualities to retain or change A development sample to compare against an agreed scent target
Bespoke development Brand story, emotional direction and product brief A fragrance exploration, evaluation and refinement process

Emotional direction makes a brief more distinctive. For example: “A quiet evening fragrance for an adult lifestyle brand; soft woods, a clean textile impression and restrained sweetness; intimate rather than expansive.” This is a creative direction for sampling, not a promise of a therapeutic effect. The library count describes formula resources; it does not mean 2,000 publicly listed products or automatic exclusive rights.

04 / Manufacturing

Know what you are approving at each step.

Move from the brief to a shared production reference. The sequence follows the actual development, components and approvals your project requires.

  1. Define the brief and responsibilities

Identify what is fixed, what needs development and which work each party will provide.

  2. Evaluate scent and packaging samples

Compare the intended product and components, give specific feedback and keep track of sample versions.

  3. Confirm the final specification and scope

Confirm the product, pack and artwork together with quantities, checks, costs and responsibilities.

  4. Produce and deliver against the approved reference

Connect manufacturing, inspection, batch records and agreed handover arrangements to the approved product.

Before sample work starts, we agree the contents, development and revision scope, charges, shipping arrangements and expected timing with you.

05 / Resources

Check the quantities, quote scope and timing.

Make the production plan fit the product you intend to sell. Liquid quantity, packaging requirements and project costs need to be considered together.

30kg

Usual perfume liquid MOQ / per scent

Plan the liquid and the packaging separately.

The usual perfume minimum is 30 kg of liquid per scent. It is not a fixed bottle count. Bottles, pumps, decoration and outer packs can carry separate minimums. Other categories need their own formula and packaging assessment.

Understand the 30 kg minimum

What the quotation needs to cover

Identify development, liquid or base, components, decoration, filling, tests, documents and delivery. The optional budget below uses your own cost inputs; we discuss factory prices in an itemised quotation.

What shapes the schedule

Scent development, feedback rounds, component availability, custom tooling, testing and transport each affect timing. We discuss the schedule against your actual scope and required approvals.

Plan documents for your destination
More on quantities and project conditions

Start with clear project conditions

For perfume, the usual minimum is 30 kg of liquid per scent. Bottle count depends on fill quantity, density and production allowances. Bottles, dispensers, decoration and boxes may have separate minimums; fragrance and personal care categories are quoted against their own formulation and packaging requirements. Understand minimums before planning a range of sizes or several scents.

Choose a quote request when you have a product and quantity direction, a sample request when scent selection is the next decision, or a development discussion when you need to shape the fragrance itself. We review feasibility, suggest the development route, clarify liquid and packaging minimums, and discuss a sample plan or the missing inputs for your quotation. Development fees, sample arrangements, packaging options and timing are confirmed for the particular scope.

What to include in your project brief

From an idea to a project brief

Send your brand or company, target market, product category, scent direction, estimated quantity per scent or product, and packaging idea. A reference, budget range and desired launch window help us compare suitable options. If some details are undecided, describe the customer and use occasion first; the fragrance brief guide helps turn that idea into usable inputs.

For production planning, review our factory and manufacturing process, quality controls and destination documents. Our factory is in Building E, Weiguan Cosmetics Creative Industrial Park, No. 18 Huahui Road, Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. You can request a video tour or discuss an on-site visit through the same project form; include your purpose, time zone, preferred timing and participant count so we can agree the arrangements.
